The unique sizing system of the Sigvaris Secure compression arm sleeves allows for an almost "custom" fit and can accommodate arms that reach up to 20 inches in circumference. This unique compression arm sleeve is made out of inlay yarns that provide the containment you need, yet minimize the fatigue that can come from wearing other types of arm sleeves. The silicone top band will hold the arm sleeve in place, yet is breathable and appropriate for sensitive skin.

•  - the length of the arm (from the wrist to the top of the arm)
